About Me

Certified Level 3 Personal Trainer
I gained my level 2 and 3 Personal Training Qualification and since then I have trained clients of all ages, levels and goals. Whether their goal was weight loss, toning up, building confidence, or to learn more about fitness, I have loved working with them and watching them grow.

My Fitness Philosophy
My core belief with fitness is that it is different and unique to us all. Fitness is not “one size fits all”, not even in the slightest. Yes, you might have the same general objectives as someone else in the gym, but your approach to your goal, your mentality, priorities and lifestyle make you different to other people with similar aims. This is why I value coaching so much. Coaching is a client-central service, which in my opinion is the beauty of it. It’s the continued conversations that are engaged in, the guidance that is used and the behavior changes that are created. Another focus I prioritise on is finding balance. Again, your own concept of balance will look different to someone else’s. What’s important is figuring out what works for you.

Becoming a Fitness Coach
I have been training in the gym for 7 years now and fitness has completely changed my lifestyle. If you told me I would been competing in fitness competitions, running a marathon and coaching others to get strong too, I would have never believed you.
Growing up with social media I found myself constantly comparing myself to others which created an unhealthy mindset, which I know is a common problem lots of people face.
After time, dedication and education, I became very aware of the benefits training could do for me. I used to train for aesthetics, and to be honest I have never felt so lost in myself. It's taken me years to find true value in fitness and its so far from what I look like. Fitness has given me so much more which I was always blind to - I feel more focused, my sleep improved, I was in a better mood, my relationships with people improved and overall had a lot more energy. My mindset completely changed and everything else seemed to come together. I gained a much healthier relationship with exercise and with myself, which at one point I never thought was possible.
It wasn’t some quick fix or crazy diet that helped me. Turns out being a certain size never made me more happy. What made me more happy was the benefits that came along with that shift in mindset and behaviours.
It was the small changes I made every day, for a long time, that made the biggest impact to my life. I was shocked to see how many others struggle with the same problems, which is why I decided to set myself a goal to help others.
